We are Meadowlark Capital. We invest in our community with partners who have a vision to make those communities thrive. Our Equity Partners have a passion for investment real estate, want a long term investment, and are in the early stages of their real estate career. Every Equity Partner is vetted to meet our criteria of past performance, having closed on performing deals prior, a solid work ethic, and industry knowledge and experience.
Our role at Meadowlark Capital is to bring active capital to the real estate experience, and to ensure high performing investments for our investors.

Guaranteed Returns
In the last five years, our Equity Partners have made every single payment to Meadowlark Capital. However, if they do not make their payments, their interest will be purchased and payments will be made by Meadowlark Capital until a new Equity Partner is identified.

Our Equity Partners are committed to owning real estate long term and have the knowledge to quickly help solve any challenges presented by a property. Every partner brings with them a specific expertise that is beneficial to that property.

Performance
When you invest with Meadowlark Capital, you have the history of performance on your side. If a property does not perform in the future, the property would be sold, and the note fully repaid with the sale funds.
